Reza Solhi is an Inspirational Speaker, Poetry artist, Global shaper of the World Economic Forum and founder and managing director of Heartbeat Edutainment gUG. As a Trainer & Consultant, vision coach and University lecturer for Strategy and Communication, he regularly inspires thousands of people, from children and young people to students and social entrepreneurs to executives and managing directors of top companies. Reza was born in Tehran, grew up in Frankfurt am Main and the surrounding area, completed his master's degree at the University of Wollongong Australia and has decades of international professional experience. After his positions in Marketing & Sales in Chicago Illinois and as a senior strategy consultant for well-known DAX companies, most recently in Paris, he returned to Germany in 2016 and has since been strongly committed to a people-oriented economy.

 

The last years through regular workshops & seminars, lectures and his 1to1 vision coaching, he has helped change makers and executives from business, politics, social entrepreneurship and individual private individuals who want to realign themselves to realize themselves.

 

Reza was awarded the Distinction Award for Strategic Marketing in 2011, is the winner of the Education Prize Impact Fund 2017, the Crowdfunding Contest winner of the German Integration Prize 2017 and was also a finalist in the Ernst & Young Public Value Award that year. As an interactive poetry artist, he also appears regularly throughout Germany and inspires with self-written texts, especially at political and economic events.

Rico Montero is a qualified audio engineer and aspiring musicologist. As an artist, music producer and hip hop ambassador, he has positively enriched the lives of more than 3200 children and adolescents as well as young adults in the last 2 years. Through his unique music production projects, he has already released 27 songs that illuminate and tell the unique life stories and experiences of people with a refugee and migration background as well as children and young people with disabilities. Together with the project participants, Montero regularly plans and implements music and theater performances across Hesse. In 2017,

 

Rico was named one of the top 30 among 30 social enterprises in the Rhine-Main area (Journal Frankfurt) and is nominated for the Come-together Democracy Prize for special social responsibility.

 

Montero produced inspiring musicals on the subject of racism, inclusion and peace. In addition to his full-time work at Heartbeat, Montero is also a hip hop artist with a regional reputation. Most recently he produced new video clips in Los Angeles, California with his hip hop band Los Monteroz.
